RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are in unused and original condition until July 31, 2020.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges on FINAL SALE items.
Returns by mail -
• Contact us at 1-902-210-5655 for Return Authorization
• Complete the Return Form indicating the quantity, item number and reason code for your return(s).
• Securely pack your items(s) along with your Return Form.
• Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
• All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. It can take up to an additional 3-5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.
• We do not accept exchanges by mail. If you require an exchange, please return the items by mail and purchase your desired items(s).
• How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?
Returns will take up to 7 business days to process after we receive your item(s). You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
• My Jewellery has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us directly at 1-888-556-9009 (Mon – Sat: 9AM – 6PM PST; Sun: Closed) for further assistance. We will ask you to return the damaged piece and we will ship you a brand new piece. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
